Fatima Perez Martinez, originally from Guerrero, Mexico, began working at Sapon Immigration in 2014.
At the outset of her employment, she was responsible for receptionist-level duties. Over the years, Fatima has applied herself and worked steadily through the positions of Legal Secretary and Legal Assistant. She is now a seasoned Paralegal responsible for managing her own team of Legal Assistants.
After nearly ten years of work experience at the firm, Fatima has developed sound knowledge and skills about the employment and family visa processes. Additionally, she has developed leadership skills, training expertise, case progression and management skills, and team and project management abilities.
Customer service has always been a passion for Fatima. Being able to help others reach their professional and personal goals is not only fulfilling but also motivating in her continued aim for excellence. Through her years of service at Sapon Immigration, she has assisted with thousands of cases and participated in processing individuals, families, and prospective employees. Her broad range of experience includes immigration processes such as TN visas, H2B and H2A visas, K1 visas, O visas, R visas, B1/B2 visas, DACA cases, and family-based immigrant visa cases.
Fatima is fluent in both English and Spanish.
