STATEMENT ON LEGAL ADVICE
Unless you have a signed engagement letter with Sapon Immigration, you should not consider the information on this website legal advice. You should check with your own counsel before relying on our web content alone.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. When you hire an attorney from Sapon Immigration, your case will be confidential under the attorney-client privilege. All of our team members, including our non-attorney staff, are committed to privacy and confidentiality for our clients. We do not disclose information—including contact information, online inquiries, initial consultation information, or case details—about clients or prospective clients outside the firm without their permission.
There are limited exceptions to this confidentiality. Attorneys are under an independent ethical duty to reveal certain privileged information, such as illegal or fraudulent acts committed by clients in the course of the attorney-client relationship, the intention of the client to commit a future crime, or when the attorney is required to divulge the information by law or court order.

Your file may be destroyed at any time after five years from the start of your case without notice to you, should the firm determine that those files are no longer needed for the case.
