Establish Candidate Pool

When job opportunities arise, we search our database of skilled foreign workers to determine who best fits the role and employer business.
Conduct Candidate Interviews

We invite qualified candidates to a first-round interview to assess skills, knowledge, experience, and academic level.
Execute Candidate Vetting

We vet all candidates to ensure they meet basic visa requirements for the specific roles and corresponding visa types they are interested in applying for.
Select Top Candidates

Top-performing candidates meet all position requirements and are deemed a good “fit” for the role and the organization.
Host Recruitment Event

We invite the top candidates to a recruitment event. At the event, we host further eligibility interviews and make hiring recommendations to the employer.
Extend Offers
