Lesbia Pimentel is a Paralegal at Sapon Immigration, responsible for assisting the firm's attorneys with visa processing and recruitment.
In her time at Sapon Immigration, she has placed thousands of candidates in their dream jobs and connected companies with their dream candidates.
Lesbia studied Business Administration at the Catholic University of El Salvador (UNICAES) and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2018. In 2022, she officially joined Sapon Immigration in the US, dedicating herself fully to in-house recruitment services.
During her time with the firm, Lesbia has placed thousands of candidates in their dream jobs. She has organized and attended hundreds of in-person and online recruitment events for dozens of companies throughout the U.S. She has also developed valuable networks with several international universities, participated in career fair events, and created new programs that help students develop a professional career in the U.S.
Lesbia enjoys volunteering in her community. While studying in El Salvador, she worked with the university’s Career Development Center and local non-profit organizations to help low-income students obtain technical skills in computer science, industrial confectioning, electrical systems, automotive, and industrial mechanics. By organizing and hosting several soft and hard skills workshops, she was able to help hundreds of low-income young men and women achieve a better career path. Since arriving in the United States, she has volunteered to create and improve social networks for young adults in her community. These experiences directly apply to her work at Sapon Immigration.
Lesbia is fluent in Spanish and English and continues to pursue additional growth in the legal immigration field.
