Marco Montero Madrid is an experienced educator and recruitment specialist, fluent in Spanish and English.
His experience as an educator gives him a unique perspective while working with students and recent graduates during the recruitment process. Marco has also worked and lived abroad, allowing him to understand and connect with recruitment candidates as he prepares them for life in the U.S.
Marco was born in Puebla, Mexico. During his teenage years, he developed a passion for rock music, which sparked an interest in learning the English language. After developing his own language skills, he was drawn to education and trained to become an English teacher. Marco has achieved Cambridge certifications that grant him the ability to teach English as a Second Language at schools in Mexico. He has enjoyed many years of teaching and serving as a coordinator in the education community.
In his free time, Marco enjoys volunteering in his community. In 2017, after an earthquake in Mexico City, he volunteered to provide food and basic necessities for local families. Marco also likes to cycle, travel, and spend time with his family.
