Janie has been invited to speak regarding US immigration opportunities at universities all across Mexico.  She has been invited to participate in industry conferences in the US regarding visa opportunities and recruitment of potential employees.  She has also been invited to speak at local community gatherings in the Louisville and Nashville areas regarding a wide range of immigration matters.  Additionally, Janie has been involved with meeting political leaders and advocate for change to the current immigration laws that would benefit US companies, US citizens as well as our very valuable immigrant community that are both currently in the United States and applying for entry from abroad.

Janie is fully fluent in Spanish and English.  She lived and worked in Mexico for 7 months while she finished her undergraduate degree in international business and modern languages.   She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as the Kentucky Bar Association.  Janie has traveled through Europe and areas of Central America and has gained valuable insight regarding cultures, education, business, and people that greatly serve in her clients benefit on a daily basis.
